I contracted for services in late December Ten months later, I have had 4 referrals, 3 of which were total mismatches for me.
Desired Outcome. Years in Business: 6. Unfortunately "chemistry" is up to individual and not something we can promise. I just want my money back!

They need to be shut down. BBB Business Profiles may not be reproduced for sales or promotional purposes. So « chemistry » is not the issue as there were 2 introductions in 9 months. Thank you. We would be more than happy to match her but cannot do so as we have received no "feedback" or contact regarding her matches. Refund I would like to be refunded my moneyi never received the service i was promised. This did NOT include a picture or information on the mobility of the individual. It has now been 3 months since I received my last referral, and my voics have not been returned for 2 weeks - nor has my been answered. The company refuses to admit that their « process » is totally manual and does not reference back to the intake information collected from a client when a « match » is selected.

When considering complaint information, please take into the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the of complaints. The company misrepresents their clientele depth, provide no communication with9ut prompting by the client, and offer nothing but excuses and an empty « this is our process ». Unfortunatedly "Chemistry" is something we cannot guarantee and is up to both individuals but we work with "feedback" from both parties to try to achieve this. We could as well attest to this as we have received several messages in our office with the use of demeaning expletives directed toward our female staff. We are sorry he did not meet someone he could build a relationship with but have exceeded his introductions in trying to do just this.
Should I take them to Small Claims Court???? As we have from the beginning we will move forward for her and with each "feedback" and intoduction try to find the one in which there is a mutual connection.
